threads to the Present Exhibition
“Threads to the Present” is an exhibition that presents the artist’s internal journey through an installation and curated selection of paintings, revealing the delicate relationship between the inner self and the external world.
The exhibition runs from January 24th – February 23rd 2025. Open to the public Tuesday – Sunday 11:00 – 18:00.

Hosted at Pongnoi Community Art Space in Suthep, Chiang Mai. This gallery is a collaborative space showing contemporary art in all disciplines. Previous exhbitions have featured local and international artists across diverse disciplines, and supports emerging artists. The gallery returned to exhbiting in 2024 with the opening show ‘For the Country’ by Ess Sai Mein.
This exhibition reflects the process of self-exploration and the expression of that self to the world, using art as a medium to convey emotions, thoughts, and experiences. The artist presents a map illustrating the balance between different facets of their identity and the connection between the self and nature.
“Threads to the Present” tells the story of the artist as a creator and also invites the audience to reflect on their own sense of self through the interconnectedness of humanity, nature, and the moment we are standing in right now.
